Therapy for lawyers is counselling designed to help personal challenges that are compounded by the unique stressors of legal practice, including burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, workplace conflict, and work-life balance challenges. We focus on changes that can occur during a therapy session and not about adding additional items to your to-do list.


Our practice has been supporting lawyers and legal professionals for ten years and is among Canada's most established counselling practices focused on lawyer mental health. We have worked with lawyers at every stage of their careers, from law students and junior associates to partners, in-house counsel, lawyers in government and legal leaders.
